BASIC RULES/CONDITIONS OF OCCUPANCY 

Arrival:
Arrival time: 12noon (Accommodation will only be held until 4pm on the day booked unless full nights-deposit has been received)

Departure time:
10am  This applies to everybody. No facilities to be used after this time. No coming back after diving etc to use our facilities unless you have paid for an extra night.


Tutukaka Holiday Park’s Cancellation and Deposit Policy
:
Full refund if cancelled 14 days prior to arrival date, or after 14 days if accommodation can be relet ( less $10.00 administration fee) excepting all public holidays, Xmas New Year period were a of period 21 days prior notice of cancellation is required.
Credit cards will be accessed on the day of making the booking for one nights tariff which is held as the deposit. Bookings are not confirmed until payment of the deposit by cheque or credit card has been transferred to our account. Balance of accounts are payable on arrival. Payment must be made for the full time booked. No reductions for early departure unless the accommodation can be re-let.

Caravans:
Including campervans, must have an electrical warrant of fitness and comply with LPG Standard (NZS 5428: 1996). All campervans and caravans must have their own wastewater container. Chemical toilets must not be emptied on this site. (Free public dump station in Ngunguru opposite school).

Tents: Electricity can only be connected through an approved isolating transformer or RCD Safety Switch.

No Fires permitted

Parking:
One vehicle to be parked - on own site only - not on driveways. Boat parks to be used where provided.

Speed:
Speed in park to be walking pace only.

Conduct:
Quietness between 10.30pm and 7pm. Some discretion is required on New Years Eve. Reasonable behaviour and dress at all times. No liquor to be consumed in park except on own site or in accommodation units.
Excessive drinking & parties are forbidden. Payment of $50 behaviour bond may be required. Consideration must be shown at all times to other guests.

Damage:
Cost of damage to property or accommodation will be recovered.

Children:
Children to be controlled and supervised by parents at all times.

Visitors:
Visitors are by courtesy of the management at all times but are your responsibility and should depart by 10pm. Visitor's vehicles to be left outside or in the visitor's car park. Any charge for visitors if not paid will be your responsibility.

Pets:
Not admitted - unless pre-arranged with your hosts. No dogs allowed as this park is within a kiwi area.

Rubbish:
To be wrapped and placed in receptacles provided.

Messages:
These will be taken and names placed on notice board unless instructed in writing to the contrary. 

We ask for your co-operation so that your stay and the stay of other guests can be enjoyable.

If any of these rules or Health & Safety or Fire Regulations are breached you may be required to leave the park without refund.
